Tatjana Quax (Weesp 1968) graduated as a Master from the Royal Academy of Visual Arts in The Hague, specializing in textiledesign. After graduating, she immediately started at ELLE decoration, where she worked as a styling editor for a large part of the 1990s. Together with various well-known photographers, she has made productions from Antwerp to Shanghai, which were often republished by ELLE Italy, France, UK, Australia, etc. In early 2000 she started her own business and not much later she founded Studio Aandacht with her husband, art director and photographer Ben Lambers. Since then she has used her talents to provide brands such as Brabantia, Quooker and HEMA with exciting images. She still does magazine work and mainly makes productions for LINDA. Together with photographer Inga Powilleit she made two books about Dutch design; How They Work (2007) and How We Work (2014). She is also a popular guest lecturer at art academies and participates in various design juries.
